- Support business plan objectives and ensure departmental goals are achieved
- Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and budgeting for efficient operations
- Achieve daily production targets and operational KPIs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reporting standards
- Lead departmental projects and new model initiatives
- Ensure daily and monthly operational reports are completed on time
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and activities
- Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, section leaders, and associates
- Serve as a role model in safety, quality, attendance, housekeeping, and professionalism
- Support the Associate Training Program and NC Circle Program
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and disciplinary processes
- Promote a positive, high‑performance team culture
- Maintain regulatory, compliance, and operational standards
- Monitor safety performance and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Proactively identify risks and implement preventative solutions
- Maintain professional, consistent communication with customers and associates
- Collaborate effectively with peers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams
- Present project updates and operational information to management
- Post‑high school qualification preferred (Operations Management, Business, or related field)

- Minimum 3+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations management
- Proven leadership experience in production or industrial environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive performance
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Strong computer and reporting skills
