About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong SAP Development experience to support a major IT re-platforming initiative. This role will work closely with the CIO, Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) team, and key stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.
You will be leading infrastructure and operations strategy and implementation, while also directly contributing to SAP development and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical planning and day-to-day operations for IT Infrastructure & SAP Support.
• Bridge communication between CIO, I&O teams, and business units.
• Provide strategic oversight for re-platforming and digital transformation efforts.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with MARS-E 2.0, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, SC DIS-200, etc.
• Collaborate on Application Delivery, Service Management, and Security Strategy.
• Leverage tools like MS SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Project Web App.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 20+ years in IT, including:
  
  • 15+ years in SAP Development and Global Support
  • 15+ years in Service Delivery, Application Delivery, and Information Security
  • 15+ years in Vendor Management and Complex Infrastructure Projects
  • 10+ years improving process maturity across IT verticals
• Strong knowledge of:
  
  • Security Frameworks: MARS-E 2.0, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, SC DIS-200
  • SAP Platforms: SAP ECC and S/4HANA
  • IT Tools: MS SharePoint, Project Web App, JIRA, Confluence
• Hands-on experience with:
  
  • Network Design & System Architecture
  • Change Management
  • Supporting multi-tenant cloud environments
