Lead Backend Java Developer
Position Location: Pittsburg, PA, 15222, Onsite 5 days a week.
Length of Assignment: 10 Months Contract to Hire role
Pay Range: $65 to 75/hr. on W2 ONLY
Function of the Group: Corporate Institutional Banking.
Initiatives/Projects: Business to Business Payments Engine, SWIFT Payments, International Payments, Multi-currency, real time payments.
Industry background: SWIFT network, federally mandated network.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Tech Lead serves as the primary technical resource and advisor for the team, providing guidance, leadership, and oversight across development, issue resolution, and release activities. This role is responsible for offering technical direction, mentoring teammates, and ensuring high-quality delivery through hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and ownership of the application.
