- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and align development with business goals.
- Ensure high‑quality, bug‑free websites through code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage innovation, stay abreast of industry trends, and drive adoption of new tools and techniques.
- Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize development processes to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate resolution of technical challenges and roadblocks, encouraging creative solutions.
- Manage developer workload and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
- Foster effective collaboration and knowledge sharing between development teams.
- At least 5 years of agency eCommerce development experience, with solid engineering principles.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Magento 2: custom module development and theme customization.
- Previous managerial or team‑lead experience, demonstrating strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Strong project‑management capabilities: prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of eCommerce best practices, e.g., catalog management, order processing, payment gateway integration.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience optimizing performance, caching, and security for eCommerce platforms.
