Our regional banking client’s Quality Assurance Services Performance Testing team supports every project enterprise-wide, with a heavy emphasis on Test Data Management (TDM). This role is hands-on and technical, functioning similarly to a test lead with deep data expertise, responsible for sourcing, extracting, masking, and provisioning test data across lower environments. The work is initiative-agnostic and aligned to whatever projects are active at the time (currently recovery-focused efforts).
Responsibilities- Source, extract, mask, and provision test data across lower environments (QA, performance, and test environments).
- Act as a hands-on contributor with deep data expertise, functioning similarly to a test lead.
- Collaborate with project teams to service data requests and ensure data availability and consistency.
- Test Data Management (TDM) experience in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with K2View and/or Broadcom and/or GenRocket Test Data Management
- Strong SQL skills (ability to query databases and extract usable test data)
- Experience servicing data requests from project teams
- Working knowledge of lower-environment data (test, performance, QA)
- Experience ensuring data consistency across multiple systems
- Familiarity with data masking and secure data provisioning
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Comfortable working from Jira boards and Microsoft tooling
- GenRocket experience (as alternative or complement to K2View)
- Mainframe data experience
- Automation of repeatable data requests (\"press a button\" execution)
- API-driven test data creation (consumer profiles, accounts, etc.)
- Experience using Copilot or Gemini
