- Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations through planning, controlling, and managing.
- Manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
- Recognized authority internally and externally on leading-edge technologies, theories, or techniques.
- Provides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups.
- Determines and pursues courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives.
- Integrates advanced technology, theories, or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units.
- Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs.
- Champions large projects that affect the company's long-range goals and objectives.
- Provide dedicated program management for critical Cyber programs execution and outcomes delivery.
- Ensure disciplined governance, risk, compliance, lab assessments, and remediation.
- Own end-to-end execution for Cyber program workstreams.
- Build and manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
- Drive weekly execution cadence, issue resolution, and leadership reporting.
- Coordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partners.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate with clear mitigation options.
- 8+ years of enterprise program/project management.
- Proven delivery of large, multi-workstream initiatives.
- Strong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical execution into executive-ready communication.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) operating models.
- Control framework development and rollout.
- Risk register refresh and risk framework alignment.
- Compliance and certification efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2).
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and execution.
- Experience managing security platform and tool implementations.
- Security assessment rollout, tracking, and reporting.
- Remediation coordination and progress tracking.
- Working knowledge of network and firewall security concepts.
- Managing dependencies with IT, networking, and external vendors.
- Coordination of lab and platform integrations.
- Audit readiness, evidence coordination, and remediation validation.
- Ability to explain technical gaps to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed IT Infrastructure organizations.
- Strong comfort with Jira/ADO, Confluence/SharePoint, Smartsheet, and status dashboards.
- First Level University degree required.
- Advanced University degree preferred.
- 15 years of experience in project management or similar roles/businesses.
- In-depth and comprehensive understanding of critical business success factors.
- Strong knowledge of Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
- PMP Certified.
