Work authorization required.Our Cook II’s are responsible for preparing and plating menu items to Four Seasons standards. This role requires proficiency in knife skills, the ability to work all stations, understand product usage and availability, and lead the kitchen in the absence of a Cook I. As a team leader, the Cook II supports daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and training, while fostering a positive, professional work environment.
