Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in application development using .NET, SQL, and React.
- Proven client-facing/on-site experience (3-5 years minimum) in similar technology and domain.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), design patterns, and best practices.
- Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications.
- Strong database design and performance optimization skills with SQL.
- Solid experience building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, SQL, and React frameworks.
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance tuning, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Support existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Lead or mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
