- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming across teams.
- Own prioritization of the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and user guides.
- Lead program management efforts for operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage reporting of program progress to senior leadership.
- Experience with backlog management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience in operational excellence and process documentation.
