  • Contract Length: Up to 18 weeks

  • End Date: January 19, 2026
  • Nursing Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 7:00am – 7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm – 7:30am; typically 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights as needed)
  • Hours per Week: 36
  • Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250–$2310
  • Employment Type: Travel Nurse (Locum Tenens)
Registered Nurse Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (prior to travel assignments)
  • Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required
  • Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all active)
  • One supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry specialty required
  • Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
  • Willingness to work every other holiday during contract
  • Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start
Travel RN Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients, including post-transplant and special care cases
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to patient condition changes and implement interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement and maintain compliance with hospital policies
  • Float to similar nursing units as needed
