The OpportunityAs a Business Analyst, you'll be a subject matter expert and program leader responsible for analyzing organizational needs, managing complex initiatives, and driving significant improvements across the enterprise. This role blends hands‑on analytical and staff support functions with strategic leadership to enhance business processes, ensure compliance, and guide programs within a specialized domain.
Operating with increasing autonomy, you will handle tasks ranging from assisting with policies and IT audit support to leading major process re‑engineering projects. You'll utilize deep expertise to manage projects, advise leadership, mentor team members, and ensure the successful alignment of programs with strategic objectives.
What You'll Work On- Conduct research and analysis to develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Lead and manage projects and business process improvements, including planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Support developing and aligning strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments to organizational goals.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and oversight in areas such as IT strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and continuity planning.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor teams to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You Have- 7+ years of experience in a functional or cross‑functional business area, such as Information Technology, Project Management, GEOINT, or Information Assurance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with specialized tools, such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA.
- Experience in project management, process improvement methodologies, Six Sigma, and leadership.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management or 10+ years of experience in business analysis in lieu of a degree.
- PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or ITIL Certifications.
- Excellent critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
