As a Sr. Administrative, you will be part of the Customer Engagement team supporting strategic programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Administrative / Events Program Coordinator - ONSITE
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Range: $37.33/Hour on W2 (NO C2C)
What's the Job?- Assist with business administrator duties, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Support the planning and execution of executive briefings and related programs.
- Host onsite executive meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, invoices, memos, and other essential documentation.
- Maintain records management systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 10+ years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, GitHub, Teams, and project management tools like Jira.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
