Trinity Support Team (TST) is LSC's internal travel staffing team, created to support our senior living communities by providing reliable, compassionate nursing staff where coverage is needed most. We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to travel and help fill shifts throughout our North Carolina communities.
Locations Served
Trinity Support Team provides coverage at LSC communities across North Carolina, including:
- Salisbury
- Albemarle
- Hickory (two locations)
- Clemmons
- Winston-Salem
- Lumberton
- Wilmington
- Asheville
Position Summary
The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by nursing supervisors. CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents' quality of life and maintaining a safe, respectful, and caring environment.

- Premium pay: $25.00 per hour

Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to various LSC senior living communities
