Java Developer - Hybrid (Wilmington, DE)
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Wilmington, DE, in a hybrid role (2 days onsite per week). This role involves modernizing an on-premise decision engine into a cloud-native solution while ensuring seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize decision engine solutions for cloud-native deployment.
• Work on Java, Python, and AWS Cloud technologies to build scalable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance credit execution processes.
• Implement and maintain Docker environments for application deployment.
• Work with complex datasets, SQL, and JSON to support system enhancements.
• Modernize enterprise systems using incremental delivery approaches.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 8-10 years of programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in decision engines/rule-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, Docker, and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of data structures and working with complex datasets.
• Experience in modernizing enterprise systems for cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
