Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (Associate level) with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies, particularly Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, along with hands-on experience in modern development practices and tools. The candiate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability.
• Develop and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, and other Developers) to deliver high-quality features.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers as needed.
• Work with tools and technologies like Git, Gradle/Maven, JUnit5, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and compliance standards.
