A manufacturing company is hiring an HR Admin in Spartanburg, SC. Significant payroll and benefits experience is required for this position. This is a direct hire, onsite position with standard business hours.
Responsibilities- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and updates
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare, maintain, and update payroll‑related records and reports
- Maintain organized and confidential HR records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Act as a liaison between the organization and benefits providers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- SHRM certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in human resources
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll processing
- Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and federal/state regulations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience
- Employer sponsored health insurance
- Contributing 401k
