Job Details
  • Full Time, 36 Hours per Week
  • 12‑Hour Shifts: Day, Night Rotate, or Straight Nights
  • Weekend & Holiday Rotation as required by department
  • Start September 2026 for RNs without Level III or Level IV NICU experience
  • 1 year RN experience in acute care required
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
  • Promote patient and family–centered care in a healing environment.
  • Educate patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration.
  • Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Engage in professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and document individual care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and families.
  • Proactively plan and communicate the care plan across the continuum of care.
  • Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, barriers, values, and cultural factors.
  • Maintain constant alertness and safe performance as required for this safety‑sensitive position.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s – Nursing
  • Experience: No experience required
  • Licenses & Certifications: RN
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing
  • Experience: 1 year RN experience in acute care
