This position provides senior-level policy analysis and strategic advisory support to NGA leadership. The contractor will advise on strategic planning, policy development, and business analysis across NGA and its IC/DoD partners—delivering expert strategic and operational-level support that drives mission effectiveness and alignment with evolving intelligence community requirements.
Desired Skills
• Demonstrated experience creating and exercising Policy Life Cycle Management (PLCM) processes, procedures, and self-inspection checklists.
• Experience with NGA or IC policy frameworks and governance structures.
• Familiarity with foreign disclosure and release policy within the Intelligence Community.
Requirements
• Advise senior executive management on policy, strategic planning, and business analysis aligned with NGA and IC priorities.
• Lead development of strategic planning documents, business analytics frameworks, and operational or performance assessments.
• Review, document, and create agency-level policies in accordance with senior leadership direction, DoW, and IC directives.
• Develop practices and processes for policy management, international/partner agreements, cross-agency support agreements, disclosure, and release.
• Facilitate cross-office engagements and requirements planning with internal NGA directorates and external IC/DoD partners.
• Identify and provide support to business process improvements across enterprise-level functional areas.
• Provide business analytics, metrics, and analysis to measure mission success and inform leadership decisions.
• Facilitate and moderate small to large senior-level working groups across the NSG and ASG.
• Translate strategic directives and policy into operational specifications and implementation guidance.
• Provide assessment and recommendations on new policy or management changes impacting NGA operations.
• Gather research from multiple resources and present findings in formal reports to senior leadership.
