Growing together.Primary ResponsibilitiesFull Lifecycle Development: Engage in end-to-end development, including gathering requirements, designing architecture, writing high-quality code, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications in productionBack-End Engineering: Develop highly scalable and efficient back-end microservices using Java & SpringBoot frameworks, focusing on performance, reliability, and securityCloud Infrastructure: Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure and best practices to manage cloud infrastructure, implement robust CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and operationsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful featuresInnovation & Problem Solving: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, debug complex issues across the stack, and introduce new technologies or methodologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality. Use AI in daily developmentAutomation: Responsible for implementing unit and integration tests automated tests that can test the flow as well as the implanted codeRequired Qualifications4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software developmentArchitecture: Proven experience building and working within microservices architecturesDevelopment Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practicesTechnical Skills and Tech Stack Knowledge:Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on a major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCPOther skillsets: Experience in Kafka, Event driven architecture, Junit using Mockito framework, API testingCloud Native & DevOps Tools: Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI), and infrastructure-as-code principlesDatabases & APIs: Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
