Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities- Lead projects in support of client onboarding
- Set‑up all new Lien Perfect customer accounts
- Refine, validate, and upload client data into Lien Perfect
- Partner with sales and customers to ensure proper expectations are set
- Monitor project progress and report to key stakeholders
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field; project management and/or general business management, or equivalent related IT experience. PM training and certification are desirable, but not required.
- Five or more years of project management experience, with precision focus on solving complex business problems for customers both external and internal.
- Advanced Excel skills (automation, complex formulas).
- Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing soft skills or people skills.
- Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK and Agile), and knowledge of project planning tools.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types.
Compensation: $50,00-$60,000
