Guidacent is seeking a GIS Architect with deep Esri ArcGIS Enterprise experience to support a multi‑year modernization initiative with one of our municipal clients. You will lead a critical ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 → 11.x upgrade, design a non‑ArcMap Lucity bridge solution, and support ongoing GIS administration, modernization, and digital transformation. You’ll be helping a city modernize its entire GIS ecosystem while ensuring continuity across mission‑critical workflows.
