Summary:

    Interpret prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, and other technical documents to complete assignments.

  • 3;

    Use shop mathematics, precision measuring tools, and functional testing to verify assemblies and components.

    3;
  • 3;
  • 3;

    Utilize tooling and equipment to assemble components into sub-assemblies or final products.

    3;
  • 3;
  • 3;

    Verify work meets process and engineering specifications; document and report discrepancies.

    3;
  • 3;
  • 3;

    Ensure equipment and tooling are certified and maintained; perform routine preventative maintenance.

  • 3;
  • 3;

    Move products within the manufacturing area and support continuous product flow.

  • 3;
  • 3;

    Train and assist other assembly personnel in assembly, installation, inspection, and techniques.

  • 3;
  • 3;

    Cross-train in inspection and become SIA qualified.

  • 3;
  • 3;

    Set up and operate conventional and CNC fastening equipment (less than 3-axis).

    3;
  • 3;
  • 3;

    Perform specialty assembly tasks such as doors, integral fuel cell sealing, precision bench assembly, and pressure/vacuum testing.

Requirements:

    Multi-layer layup and fuselage integration experience.

    3;
  • 3;
  • 3;

    Proficiency with assembly/installation of structural components, sub-assemblies, and sealing processes.

  • 3;
  • 3;

    Ability to work within scheduled timeframes and meet production flow requirements.

  • 3;
  • 3;

    Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.

    3;
  • 3;
  • 3;

    Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
